Policies

Q: Do you have any cancellation policies?

A: Yes. We require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour period, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.

Q: Do you have any no-show policies?

A: Yes. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a $35 no-show fee.

Credit Cards

Q: I paid for my Groupon, Why do I need a credit card?

A:  Our facility has a 24 hour change or cancel policy and requires all appts to be secured with a CC.

Q: Will I be charged on my Credit Card?

A:  The only way your credit card will be charged is if you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy. Other than that, your card will not be charged anything unless you voluntarily make a purchase at our facility.

Multiple Appointments

Q: Am I able to book more than one appointment at the same time?

A: No, you must book one appointment at a time.

Q:  How do I make multiple appointments?

A:  Multiple appointments can not be made in the same name for the same therapy.  Each individual first needs to create their own profile and complete the health history intake information, read and acknowledge the disclaimer, and secure appointment with a credit card. After this is done, you can individually book each guest in the appropriate time slot.

Salt Room

Q:  How many seats are in the salt room?

A:  3 regular seats and 2 that are designated for Dynamic Duo (Halotherapy with Far-Infrared Biomat)

Q:  What do you do in the Salt Room?

A:  Recline back, relax, meditate, or nap (no snoring please!)  Halotherapy is a healing session, if you keep your brain engaged, your body will not go into healing mode.

Q:  What do you wear in the salt room?

A:  Loose comfortable clothing, socks are required. If you have a skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, feel free to dress accordingly by exposing the area (tank top and shorts) to reap the benefits of the salt.

Q:  What temperature is it in the salt room?

A:   Room temperature or warmer.  If you have Asthma or COPD please advise before your arrival so that we can make necessary adjustments for a successful and therapeutic session.

Q:  What Other Services Do You Offer?

A:  Foot massage in 10 minute increments, Foot Reflexology, Ionic Foot Detox, Biomat Far Infrared Therapy, Acupressure Facials, Body Acupressure, Halotherapy (Salt Room), Multiple kinds of Massage tailored to the needs of the client, Lifestyle Transformation & Nutritional Guidance.

Groupon Use

Q: How many Groupons can be used at the same time?

A: We can only accept one Groupon per client, per day. If you have purchased multiple Groupons, multiple appointments are required.

Q: Does the Groupon cover the full cost of the session?

A: It covers the cost of the session itself, but it does not cover the tax amount on your session. Please be prepared to pay the appropriate tax amount upon check-in with CASH ONLY.
