Appointment Information and Scheduling
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!
- Bring a pair of your favorite socks, we are a no shoe facility! If you do not have a pair of socks with you, we sell socks for $2.00 a pair plus tax.
- If you are coming in with a GROUPON, please be aware that as per Groupon's policy, we must collect the tax based off the full retail value of your session in CASH ONLY. Please be prepared to pay this tax when you are redeeming your GROUPON at our front desk. Please try to bring SMALL bills and change with you, as this will expedite your check out process!
- Please read the details of your Gift Certificate if you have one, most of them require the tax to be paid separately in cash only as well.
- If you are booking an appointment for more than one person, you MUST create a profile for each guest that is coming along with you. The appointments must be booked in each person's name.
- If you purchase a package of sessions, please note that these packages are for YOUR USE only. We do not share package sessions between clients. Packaged sessions are only applicable for the client who purchased them.
- When making your profile, please be sure to COMPLETELY fill out our health questionnaire. This is crucial, and helps us learn more about you and allows us to administer the proper care based on your health profile.
- When booking your appointment, you will be asked for your credit card information. You will not be charged, this is simply to secure your appointment and to avoid no-shows. There is a FULL RATE no-show fee and a $35 late cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can find our location and check-in with enough time to start your session.
